Founded rc management resource llc in August 2004, after working for more than 30 years, within the area of retail engineering activities, serving a worldwide major oil organization.

Several accomplishments were met during his vast and successful performance and dedication, being recorded as outstanding contributions.

Among others, we can highlight particular areas of innovative construction techniques and products, corporate image identity standards application, construction time reduction, modular buildings development, environmental site assessment and remediation systems, safety operations, maintenance and repairs at retail sites.

Roberto was involved in the process of pioneering global procurement practices for retail engineering. Continuous accomplishments were met during team working with the international procurement organizations.

Worldwide or regional supply contracts were put in place, considering retail engineering commodities for products and services needed by local engineering teams. Substantial cost reductions and quality efficiencies were therefore accomplished.

Roberto was involved in developing world wide regional engineering offices. He consequently helped to establish, and managed the newborn Retail Engineering Services office, Latin America, at Coral Gables, Florida, providing engineering support and monitoring best practices and standards application thru the local engineering offices of the company organization.

Lately, before founding rc management resource llc, Roberto worked as Business Director for Latin America, for a national recognized sign manufacturer company, supplying their products for several retail site application in the region.
